RightOnQTM helps UK businesses send branded RCS messages that arrive in the phone's normal messaging app: verified sender, rich cards, one-tap replies and tracking in one place.
Best fit: premium, specialist and service-led businesses where a plain text message feels too thin for the customer moment.

Pricing is straightforward: pay for the messages you send, whether that's 100 or 1,000, plus the platform plan that fits your audience. UK-time operation is £25/month. International time-zone scheduling, for campaigns timed around audiences in places such as the Gulf or Hong Kong, is £50/month.
*International time-zone scheduling is part of the £50/month plan. The £25/month plan is built around UK time. Prices shown exclude VAT. Replies are charged separately at around 1.1p + VAT each. If RCS is not available, SMS fallback keeps the essential message moving at the applicable fallback message rate.
If someone has given you their phone number, that's a relationship. RCS gives your brand a new kind of presence on their phone: visual, verified and built for campaigns that can inform, invite or start a conversation.
RightOnQTM software is built for UK businesses that want a straightforward way to plan, send and manage branded RCS campaigns. Messages are organised as traceable cards, so teams can see the audience, timing, delivery, replies and follow-up in one place. UK-time operation is the default, with international time-zone scheduling available for audiences abroad.
Branded, RCS-verified messages are easier to trust and harder to ignore.
GSMA, the global mobile industry association, found over 70% of consumers said RCS would make them more likely to communicate with a brandRCS uses a branded sender profile with your business name, logo and verified identity, so your message arrives as your brand, not a random phone number.
RCS can carry images, rich cards and carousels, so your message can show the offer instead of squeezing it into plain text.
RCS buttons make the next step obvious for your audience and useful for your team: one tap, one clear answer, without the need for a typed reply.
Business RCS needs an approved sender profile before messages go live. We help prepare the brand details, logo and evidence, with approval usually taking four to six weeks.
While approval is moving, we help your team get ready with worked examples, practical guidance and a ready-to-use CSV template, so your people can move quickly once approved.
Once approved, you can build RCS campaigns with branded content, reply buttons, SMS fallback and traceable response cards.

RCS business messaging is not an open free-for-all. Your sender profile has to be checked and approved before messages go live. That gatekeeping is the point: it helps keep poor-quality senders out and gives customers more reason to trust the message when it arrives.
GSMA/OpenMarket research found that over 70% of consumers said RCS would make them more likely to communicate with a brand.
Some businesses will already have their own RCS registration and want to integrate it. Others will need help preparing the business details, evidence and internal sign-off needed for approval.
Approval commonly takes around four to six weeks. If you want us to support the process closely, managed onboarding is available from around £500, depending on how much preparation and support is needed.

No. RCS arrives in the phone's native messaging app on supported devices. If RCS is not available, the essential message can fall back to SMS.
RightOnQ is built to support UK GDPR compliance. We’re a UK company, process data under UK GDPR, and only store the contact details you provide plus the message logs needed for delivery and audit. Your organisation remains responsible for recipient consent, lawful basis and opt-out handling.
Yes. Rich RCS cards can include up to four buttons, and carousel cards usually support one or two buttons per card. That means your audience can choose a clear next step with one tap, without typing a reply.
The message can fall back to SMS so the recipient still receives the essential information. Rich RCS elements such as images, carousels and buttons may not appear in the SMS version, and fallback SMS is charged at the applicable fallback message rate.
We can help, but it is not automatic. RCS registration needs business details, sender profile information, logo and banner assets, contact details, privacy and terms links, example messages, opt-in/opt-out information and approval checks. Some of that has to come from you. If you want us to support the process closely, managed onboarding is available from around £500.
