Priced for message value, not message noise.

RightOnQTM RCS software is not built as a lowest-cost bulk SMS tool. Sending costs stay transparent, but the real value is verified brand delivery, better response paths, clear tracking and help getting RCS-ready.

Example campaign

A specialist motor dealer has a 1966 Aston Martin DB6 ready for private viewings. The right campaign reaches a selected list of collectors with the car image, verified sender identity, timed delivery and clear response options.

Pricing is straightforward: pay for the messages you send, whether that's 100 or 1,000, plus the platform plan that fits your audience. UK-time operation is £25/month. International time-zone scheduling, for campaigns timed around audiences in places such as the Gulf or Hong Kong, is £50/month.

*International time-zone scheduling is part of the £50/month plan. The £25/month plan is built around UK time. Prices shown exclude VAT. Replies are charged separately at around 1.1p + VAT each. If RCS is not available, SMS fallback keeps the essential message moving at the applicable fallback message rate.

A phone number is not just contact data.

If someone has given you their phone number, that's a relationship. RCS gives your brand a new kind of presence on their phone: visual, verified and built for campaigns that can inform, invite or start a conversation.

RightOnQTM software is built for UK businesses that want a straightforward way to plan, send and manage branded RCS campaigns. Messages are organised as traceable cards, so teams can see the audience, timing, delivery, replies and follow-up in one place. UK-time operation is the default, with international time-zone scheduling available for audiences abroad.

Branded, RCS-verified messages are easier to trust and harder to ignore.

RCS messages bring brand identity, rich content and one-tap decisions.

RCS is the next generation of business messaging. It lets your business send branded, verified messages with images, cards, carousels and reply buttons, all in the same place people already receive texts. If RCS is not available, SMS fallback keeps the essential message moving.

Your message arrives with identityYour business name, logo and verified sender profile help people recognise who is contacting them.

One tap gives you the answerButtons let someone answer with a single tap, giving you a clear signal instead of a vague typed reply.
RightOnQTM software keeps it traceableMessages, replies, timing and follow-up stay attached to one card, so nothing disappears into the inbox.

Verified RCS sender

RCS uses a branded sender profile with your business name, logo and verified identity, so your message arrives as your brand, not a random phone number.

Richer RCS message formats

RCS can carry images, rich cards and carousels, so your message can show the offer instead of squeezing it into plain text.

One-tap action

RCS buttons make the next step obvious for your audience and useful for your team: one tap, one clear answer, without the need for a typed reply.

How we get you from approval to your first campaign.

Q1

Register your brand for RCS

Business RCS needs an approved sender profile before messages go live. We help prepare the brand details, logo and evidence, with approval usually taking four to six weeks.

Q2

Set up your account and audience

While approval is moving, we help your team get ready with worked examples, practical guidance and a ready-to-use CSV template, so your people can move quickly once approved.

Q3

Create, send and learn

Once approved, you can build RCS campaigns with branded content, reply buttons, SMS fallback and traceable response cards.

For businesses with an audience worth reaching.

Automotive specialists

A newly arrived vehicle sent to serious buyers by international region, with images, key details and one tap to request a private viewing.

Premium international time-zone scheduling

Food and drink brands

National product launches, trade offers and event invitations sent to wholesalers, hospitality groups or valued trade customers, with imagery and one tap to show interest.

Property and real estate teams

A new instruction delivered to active international buyers with photos, headline details and one tap to request a viewing or phone call.

Premium international time-zone scheduling

Specialist suppliers

New products, offers and availability updates sent to people who already know your brand, with rich context and a clear route back to your website.

What RCS with RightOnQ brings together.

One-tap reply buttons

No app needed for your audience

No RCS registration, no verified sender profile.

RCS business messaging is not an open free-for-all. Your sender profile has to be checked and approved before messages go live. That gatekeeping is the point: it helps keep poor-quality senders out and gives customers more reason to trust the message when it arrives.

GSMA/OpenMarket research found that over 70% of consumers said RCS would make them more likely to communicate with a brand.

RightOnQ helps you get ready.

Some businesses will already have their own RCS registration and want to integrate it. Others will need help preparing the business details, evidence and internal sign-off needed for approval.

Approval commonly takes around four to six weeks. If you want us to support the process closely, managed onboarding is available from around £500, depending on how much preparation and support is needed.

RCS questions.

Do recipients need to install anything?

No. RCS arrives in the phone's native messaging app on supported devices. If RCS is not available, the essential message can fall back to SMS.

Is RightOnQ GDPR-compliant?

RightOnQ is built to support UK GDPR compliance. We’re a UK company, process data under UK GDPR, and only store the contact details you provide plus the message logs needed for delivery and audit. Your organisation remains responsible for recipient consent, lawful basis and opt-out handling.

Can messages include reply buttons?

Yes. Rich RCS cards can include up to four buttons, and carousel cards usually support one or two buttons per card. That means your audience can choose a clear next step with one tap, without typing a reply.

What happens when RCS is not available?

The message can fall back to SMS so the recipient still receives the essential information. Rich RCS elements such as images, carousels and buttons may not appear in the SMS version, and fallback SMS is charged at the applicable fallback message rate.

Do you handle RCS registration?

We can help, but it is not automatic. RCS registration needs business details, sender profile information, logo and banner assets, contact details, privacy and terms links, example messages, opt-in/opt-out information and approval checks. Some of that has to come from you. If you want us to support the process closely, managed onboarding is available from around £500.
